من نحن

«متجر الغموض» متجر رقمي في السودان يبيع أكواد الألعاب والبطاقات والاشتراكات وخدمات التواصل الاجتماعي عبر تطبيقنا وعبر المساعد الآلي «الرجل الغامض» على واتساب وماسنجر. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، أو معرّف واتساب/ماسنجر عند التواصل معنا عبرهما.
• الرسائل: نص رسائلك مع المساعد الآلي. نحتفظ بآخر 20 رسالة فقط لكل محادثة لتذكّر طلبك.
• بيانات الطلب: الخدمة المطلوبة وما تقدّمه لتنفيذها (رابط حساب أو منشور، رقم IMEI، معرّف لاعب، بريد).
• بيانات الدفع: صور إيصالات التحويل التي ترسلها، ومبلغ التحويل ورقم العملية. لا نطلب ولا نخزّن كلمات مرور حساباتك البنكية أو أرقام بطاقاتك.
• السجلات: المعاملات والرصيد وحالة الطلبات، وبيانات تقنية أساسية لحماية الخدمة من الاحتيال.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

• تنفيذ طلباتك وتسليم الأكواد والخدمات وإبلاغك بحالتها.
• التحقق من وصول المدفوعات ومطابقة الإيصالات بالفواتير.
• منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام وحماية حسابك.
• الرد على استفساراتك وتقديم الدعم.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات جهات أخرى.

مع من نشارك البيانات

• Meta (واتساب وماسنجر): لنقل الرسائل بينك وبيننا.
• Anthropic: نستخدم نموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي Claude لفهم رسائلك وقراءة الإيصالات. لا تُستخدم بياناتك لتدريب النماذج.
• مزوّدو الخدمات (مثل Kinguin وPeakerr): نرسل لهم فقط ما يلزم لتنفيذ طلبك، كالرابط أو الكمية.
• الاستضافة: خوادمنا التي تخزّن البيانات.
• الجهات الرسمية عند وجود طلب قانوني ملزم.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ برسائل المحادثة (آخر 20 رسالة) ما دامت المحادثة نشطة، وبصور الإيصالات وسجلات المعاملات المدة اللازمة للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات ومكافحة الاحتيال، ثم نحذفها.

حماية البيانات

نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، وتوقيعاً رقمياً للتحقق من مصدر الرسائل، وصلاحيات محدودة للوصول. صور الإيصالات لا تُعرض على أي رابط عام.

حقوقك

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. راجع صفحة حذف البيانات.

Privacy Policy (English)

Mystery Store ("we") is a digital store in Sudan selling game codes, gift cards, subscriptions and social media services through our app and through our automated assistant on WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.

Data we collect: account details (name, email, phone or WhatsApp/Messenger ID); the text of your messages with our assistant (only the latest 20 messages per conversation are kept); order inputs you provide (profile or post links, IMEI, player IDs); payment receipt images, amounts and transaction references; transaction, balance and order records; and basic technical data used for fraud prevention. We never ask for or store bank passwords or card numbers.

How we use it: to fulfil and deliver orders, verify payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and provide support. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing: Meta (to deliver WhatsApp/Messenger messages); Anthropic (the Claude AI model processes messages and receipt images; data is not used for model training); fulfilment providers such as Kinguin and Peakerr (only what is needed for your order); our hosting provider; and authorities when legally required.

Retention and security: chat history is limited to the latest 20 messages; receipts and transaction records are kept only as long as needed for accounting, disputes and fraud prevention. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and receipt images are never publicly accessible.

Your rights: you can request access, correction or deletion of your data. See Data Deletion. Our services are not directed to children under 13.
