القبول

باستخدامك تطبيق «متجر الغموض» أو التحدث مع «الرجل الغامض» على واتساب أو ماسنجر فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط.

الخدمات

نبيع منتجات رقمية: أكواد ألعاب ومفاتيح برامج وبطاقات واشتراكات، وخدمات تواصل اجتماعي (متابعين، إعجابات، مشاهدات)، وخدمات برمجيات الهواتف. ينفّذ بعضها مزوّدون خارجيون، ويختلف وقت التنفيذ حسب الخدمة.

الأسعار والدفع

• الأسعار بالجنيه السوداني، وقد تتغير حسب سعر الصرف وتوفّر المنتج.
• عند الطلب عبر الشات تصلك فاتورة بمبلغ محدد. حوّل هذا المبلغ بالضبط خلال مدة صلاحية الفاتورة، فالسعر محجوز لك خلالها فقط.
• لا يُنفّذ الطلب إلا بعد تأكدنا من وصول المبلغ فعلياً إلى حسابنا. الإيصال وحده لا يكفي.
• إن وصل المبلغ وتعذّر تنفيذ الطلب، يُضاف المبلغ رصيداً في محفظتك لاستخدامه في طلب آخر.

المدخلات المطلوبة

أنت مسؤول عن صحة ما تقدّمه (الروابط، رقم IMEI، معرّف اللاعب، البريد). لا نتحمل مسؤولية تنفيذ طلب على بيانات خاطئة قدّمتها، ويجب أن يكون الحساب المستهدف عاماً عند طلب خدمات التواصل الاجتماعي.

الاسترجاع

• المنتجات الرقمية لا تُسترجع بعد تسليم الكود أو بدء تنفيذ الخدمة.
• إن كان الكود غير صالح عند التسليم، أبلغنا خلال 24 ساعة مع صورة توضح الخطأ، وسنستبدله أو نعيد المبلغ لمحفظتك بعد التحقق.
• خدمات التواصل الاجتماعي قد ينقص عددها بمرور الوقت بسبب المنصات. التعويض متاح فقط للخدمات الموسومة بأنها تدعمه.

الاستخدام الممنوع

يُمنع إرسال إيصالات مزوّرة أو معدّلة، أو إعادة استخدام إيصال سابق، أو محاولة التحايل على نظام الدفع أو المساعد الآلي، أو إساءة الاستخدام. قد يؤدي ذلك إلى حظر الحساب وإلغاء الطلبات وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة.

المساعد الآلي

«الرجل الغامض» مساعد يعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي. قد يخطئ أحياناً في الوصف أو التفاصيل، والمرجع النهائي هو الفاتورة وحالة الطلب في نظامنا. يمكنك طلب التحدث مع موظف في أي وقت.

حدود المسؤولية

نقدّم الخدمات «كما هي». لا نتحمل مسؤولية سياسات المنصات الخارجية (الألعاب، شبكات التواصل)، أو تعطّل المزوّدين، أو أي ضرر غير مباشر. ومسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز قيمة الطلب.

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، ويسري التحديث من تاريخ نشره على هذه الصفحة.

Terms of Service (English)

By using the Mystery Store app or chatting with our assistant on WhatsApp or Messenger, you agree to these terms.

Services: digital goods (game codes, software keys, gift cards, subscriptions), social media growth services and phone software services, some fulfilled by third-party providers.

Pricing and payment: prices are in Sudanese Pounds and may change. Chat orders receive an invoice with an exact amount that must be transferred within the invoice validity period. Orders are fulfilled only after we confirm the funds actually arrived; a receipt alone is not proof of payment. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, the amount is credited to your wallet balance.

Your inputs: you are responsible for the accuracy of links, IMEI numbers, player IDs and emails you provide.

Refunds: digital goods are non-refundable once a code is delivered or a service has started. Invalid codes reported within 24 hours with evidence will be replaced or credited after verification. Social media counts may drop over time; refills apply only to services marked as such.

Prohibited use: forged, edited or reused receipts, attempts to bypass the payment flow or manipulate the assistant, and any abuse may result in account suspension and order cancellation.

AI assistant: our assistant is AI-powered and may make mistakes; the invoice and the order status in our system are authoritative. You may ask for a human at any time.

Liability: services are provided "as is"; our total liability is limited to the value of the order. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.
